Saffron Apartments is a leading provider of short term and self-catering accommodation across Lagos. With the rise in demand for short let apartments in Lagos, Saffron saw the need to expand their portfolio self-catering apartments that will offer their clients real comfort and luxury. They started the construction of a terraced building consisting of 4 flats. The company approached us after they completed carcass and asked us to complete and do the finishing at the highest standard obtainable in Lagos.

What was the biggest challenge?

The goal of our client’s Executive Team was to develop a functional apartment with a pristine finish that would meet the expectation of their end users. The challenge of our design team was largely to get the wall, ceiling and floor finish done to the required standards bearing in mind the limitation of budget and time.

 

Our Solution

For the interiors, we fitted in tile flooring, added pop ceiling with adjustable adjustable ceiling lights. We also did pop wall screed before applying matt paint finish. Also, we carefully picked aluminium for the handrail.
For the exterior, we carefully carried a wall finish that brought out the essence of the apartments. We also installed shower cubicles and water closet in the bathroom. Also we fitted the kitchen cabinets and accessories.
